Calculate my Saju free

If you don't know your birth time we use noon. You can recalculate later with the exact time.

How is this free Saju calculated?

Saju (Four Pillars) is a traditional East Asian tool that reads the balance of your birth energy from the eight characters of the year, month, day and hour of birth. This site implements the same solar-term and new-moon principles as the Korean manseryeok using astronomical formulas, computing in KST (UTC+9). The year boundary is Ipchun (立春) and the day pillar changes at midnight (23:00 is treated as night Ja hour). All calculation happens locally in your browser — your birth details are never sent to a server.

Basis: KST (UTC+9) · year boundary at Ipchun · day pillar changes at midnight (23:00 night Ja) · approximation error ±15 min

For births after 23:00 (night Ja hour), the day pillar stays on the birth date while the hour pillar follows the next day stem.
